Who even is this guy?

Dont worry, i’ll wont make this too long. (I hope)
Lets start from the beginning. My name is Deshley, I love fixing, making and (above all) playing guitar! Luckily for me, a few years ago I found my dad’s old guitar in our attic. It was some 50s or 60s Korean made Hondo II western guitar, because my dad loved western and country music. Let me tell you, for some reason, I felt magical. Even though I’ve never held any real guitar before at that time.
the first of many
That’s when I learned my first ever song on guitar, Highway to Hell by AC/DC. Which is still one of my favourite albums today! And after maybe a month of fiddling around with that dusty old acoustic, my dad came home with this seccond hand guitar he got off of someone online. It was a sunburst strat-style guitar from the brand ‘‘The Animal’’, also made in Korea. That really was the moment I knew this wasn’t just a one time thing and i wanted to learn more and more.

where it started
Not very long after I got it I started to wonder what it would look like on the inside, so I got my good ol’ screwdriver and started to unscrew the pickguard. Low and behold, I had no idea what I was looking at! Just to be safe I put it all back together and strung it up again.
Also not very long after I started to look up guitars online and saw David Gilmour’s black strat, I had absolutely no idea who that was at the time, but I wanted my guitar to be black too. I remember very clearly not taking off the parts, just taping everything off and going to town with some cheap spray paint we had laying around, that didn’t go so well.
